AN- I know this is nasty but I came up with in when I saw one. They are so gross!

I was in my kitchen, just cleaning and putting away dishes. Edward wasn't here because he had to hunt, but he was supposed to be here soon. Charlie's at the station, so I'm alone, and since I had nothing to do, I decided to clean, boring but busying.

I was putting away a cup when I saw a cockroach. It was on my hand! How the hell did I not notice it?! I dropped the cup immediately and shook my hand until it fell off. I let out a bloodcurdling scream. It was on the floor by my foot, so I was backing away from the nasty thing.

"Ewww! Ew, ew, ew!" I shrieked. "Gross!"

I walked over to the sink, watching the nasty thing, the whole time, I turned on the water and scrubbed my hand, I looked to the ground where it was. And it wasn't there, I looked around frantically, trying to find it…I looked down. And there it was. On my foot! I screamed again and shook my foot, making it fall again. After all I was only wearing socks.

I was backing away, again, toward the window.

"Bella? Bella, what's wrong, why are you screaming?" I looked up, to see Edward, looking at me frantically. I got lost in his eyes when I felt something on my ankle; I looked down and… screamed again. I jumped and the nasty thing fell off.

"Bella?" He came over to me. I jumped in his arms looking at the floor.

"Ewww! Ew, ew, ew!" I shrieked, again, as I looked at it.

"Bella? What is it?" Edward asked, in a slightly hysterical voice. I looked up at his face, and saw a concerned look.

"Ugh! Look, look!" I said pointing to the offending bug on the floor.

He looked down, and relaxed slightly. "Bella, it's just a cockroach."

I gasped. "Just a cockroach? Just a cockroach!?" I sounded crazy, I know. But, seriously, he's so freaking calm! How can he be so calm!?

"What is so bad, about a cockroach?" he asked, with an amused look in his eyes.

"It's NASTY!" I practically screamed, looking at the thing again. I looked up at his face once more. He had a mischievous glint in his eyes. "What? What are you planning?"

"Nothing." the next thing I knew I was on my feet again.

I screamed. "EDWARD!" I looked at the thing, again. I saw it coming towards me. GREAT! It freaking likes me, now! "No, no, no!"

"Yes?" he asked innocently standing on the other side of the nasty thing.

"Pick me up, please!" I pleaded. I started jumping up and down.

"But, you don't like it when I carry you." he said matter-of-factly. Damn, smartass.

"Please, please, please!" I begged, staring at the little bug. My eyes started getting watery. The freaking thing is scaring me. I know pathetic, right? I can't help it, though! And Edward's having fun, torturing me.

"It's not going to hurt you, love." he chuckled.

I looked up at him and he gasped. "Edward, please." I pleaded, looking back at the thing, a tear making its way down my cheek.

The next thing I knew I was in Edward's arms, my legs around his waist, arms around his neck, head on his shoulder. He had his arms tight around my waist, with his face buried in my hair.

"I'm sorry, Bella. I didn't think you would cry, it's just a bug, love. I'm so sorry." he whispered.

I shook my head, drying my tears on his shirt. "Talk to me. Tell me you're not mad at me. Please." he pleaded, in a whisper.

"It's ok." I saw it again, and shrieked. "Get it AWAY!" He squished it.

"No!" I yelled.

He looked at me, confused. "What?"

"Now you have cockroach guts all over the bottom of your shoe! Ewww."
