The two girls rushed through the doors, running into the bright sunlight beaming down from the sky. Roxy dragged her friend Jane across the green grass, on her way to the park. Although, Jane did not know where her friend was leading her to.

"Where are we going?" Jane questioned the blonde as they continued racing toward their destination.

"You'll see~!" Roxy sang back at Jane. Jane was slowly falling behind and asked Roxy to wait up for her. Roxy let them wait a minute and then picked Jane up onto her back and started making her way to the park again. The blonde giggled as Jane clung to her, bouncing as she ran. They arrived at the park and Jane gasped. The carnival was today!

Roxy let the brunette drop to the ground from her back and they gazed at the field of rides. They raced toward the entrance and bought their tickets for the rides. They walked past the game booths and Jane gasped as she saw a fluffy blue teddy bear in the back of one of the booths. Roxy smiled and walked up to the booth, giving the man money. It was the bottle shooting game, Roxy missed two of the three tries and won on the third try. Jane clapped and cheered as Roxy handed her the teddy bear. She cuddled it as they continued walking around.

As time went by, it got darker and darker, which meant the lights were coming on. The two friends got in the line for the Ferris Wheel, all the lights on and beaming across the field in different colors. They climbed into the seat on the ride and buckled up. Jane hugged her teddy bear, Roxy smiling wrapping an arm around her friend's shoulders. As the ride started, Jane jumped a little but then smiled up at Roxy, leaning her head on the blonde's shoulder.

As they got to the top of the ride, they suddenly stopped there. All the rides and lights shut down. Jane glanced up at Roxy, who was smiling down at her, she smiled back. Suddenly, fireworks started booming around the field, lighting everything up with bright colors. The two friends stared up at the sky in awe, watching the fireworks as they flew into the sky and popped, bright colors flying through the dark sky.

Jane hugged her bear closer, leaning into Roxy's shoulder some more. The blonde smiled and kissed the top of Jane's head lovingly. She looked up at Roxy and blinked, confused. Roxy just smiled sweetly, glancing back up at the fireworks. Jane smiled and began to get flustered, burying her face in Roxy's shoulder. She slowly began to cuddle against her friend, continuing to watch the fireworks.

The two girls cuddled against each other in the seat, just happy to be with each other on such a beautiful night.
