The Diary of Amanda Bristow-Robbins

March 17

I have moved up to full agent status in SD-6. It has only been five months since my training began, but Brant said that I have excelled at a quicker rate than anyone in it's history, even the famous Sydney Bristow.

I don't know how I feel about this. I mean, I am so exited because, well, imagine growing up in the shadow of your older, wiser cousin, who never did anything wrong. It's a relief that I can finally say that I am better. Although, I also feel some doubt. I mean, maybe I am physically stronger, and more mentally capable, but that doesn't necessarily make me better than her. After all, nobody I know can know about my skills anyway.

Maybe I should give the 411 on myself, Sydney, and SD-6, since I'm throwing those terms around a whole lot.

My name is Amanda Bristow-Robbins. I am 18 years old and a freshman at Stanford University. Sydney is my cousin. She is 32, and an Agent of the CIA. And SD-6, well, SD-6 is complicated. It began with the Alliance of twelve, a group of well known terrorists, and anti- governmental "evil- doers" who got together for the purpose of aquiring and trading foreign intelligence. The CIA, with help from Sydney, was able to disban the alliance last year, and take all of it's laders into custody. However, we are rebuilding, and have been doing so since the take down, and cells 1 through 7 are fully operational, unbeknownst to the CIA. Why would I work for such an organization?, one might inquire. Well why the hell not? True, I am breaking a thousand different laws, but I am finally doing something interesting, something that will take me places I've never been. Something that will make my name more famouse than Sydney's. And for that recognition, I would do almost anything!
