A/N: Don't Own otherwise Rahne wouldn't marry some bitch ass wolf prince in Asgard, and marry a Canadian God-Killer.
Quod Sum Eris
Rahne knew that the man she called Mr. Logan most of the time and Wolverine the rest was the best at what he did, and what he did was not very nice. In fact what he did was down right brutal and there was something primal and angry about the way he did it.
He was a comrade and despite his healing factor being ten times more powerful than hers, she felt a need to remind him that he was just a mere mortal in the face of God.
"Memento Mori," she told him, just like the legend of the General and his servant.
'Remember you are mortal.'
He laughed at her. Rahne was rather shocked to her the man laugh, he was always so scary and gruff.
"Quod sum Eris," he replied.
'I am what you will be.'
She shuddered at the thought. And no matter how hard she tried, for the next few hours, a mental picture of her standing where Mr. Logan had been, covered in the blood and flesh of the enemy, would not leave her. The image would continue to haunt her for many years until it came true.

As she grew older, Rahne grew more powerful. She had more control and strength in her ani-morph and transition forms, and more of the benefits from them bled into her human form. And to top it all off, her healing factor was growing more powerful the more injuries she accumulated. At the beginning a cut that required stitches would heal in under five days. When she graduated college, it would heal without stitches in under six hours.
For all of her control, Rahne felt her wolf more and more. In the foreground in her mind, not the background as it once was. She was more prone to violent outbursts and became increasingly xenophobic. Anyone who wasn't an X-man or part of the school was subject to her suspicion. While she wasn't paranoid and could go out into public with no issues, anyone who entered the grounds and were unfamiliar would run into a very large and very angry wolf in the day time, and into a very large and angry wolf and the Wolverine in the night.
And then one day, one night, Rahne could not keep herself from killing the bastards. She had, in essence, snapped. One look at the girl, a mutant similar to Squirrel-Girl, one sniff, had told Rahne liberties had been taken. So had they been taken with the next two rapidly cooling female mutant corpses. Rahne punished the sick bastards. She sent them to God for judgment. Bodies had fallen to the floor with throats and hearts ripped out.
Finally, Emma Frost had gotten through to Rahne and calmed her down. Rahne stood heaving, covered in blood and gore, just like Mr. Logan all those years ago. And also just like him, bullets were falling to the ground, being pushed out her body by healing flesh.
Mr. Logan walked up, wearing the same as she.
"Memento Mori. You and I will have to face God someday."
And with that he walked her to the Blackbird in silence. But to Rahne the meaning was clear.
'We are the same now. Let us be careful not to become like Sabertooth.'
Mr. Logan put an arm around the now human Wolfsbane. As a comrade. Rahne snuggled into him. As someone who now knew and understood both the man and the beast.

A/N: Double Yay! Honestly Wolfsbane is like a badass female Logan without the cloning. Or at least her powers could make her that freakin' awesome. I hope you enjoyed this. Review and let me know how I did. If I suck, tell me why. Don't be a dick.
