Toxic is a bright green unicorn with dark green and black hair. In his early years, he found a natural affinity with the elements. After an outing that caused him to take on a pack of timber wolves, he found it quite easy to dispatch them dispite having no formal training. He later joined the Canterlot Army, only to be immediately taken under Luna's wing to become a Soldier of the Night. A couple years into his training, he discovered a hidden power that had laid dormant within him until an encounter with an ursa major helped him unlock it. He only found it necessary to tap into a portion of it whenever his base power wasn't quite enough. After serving the soldiers for a number of years and eventually becoming Luna's right hand stallion, he left the Army and rejoined his sister in their home town. They lived happily together until King Sombra attacked, forcing Toxic to take up arms. Not seeing much of a choice, Toxic unleashed his full might on the opposing army. He singlehandedly fought back the Army, but at a terrible cost. His power cost him his sanity and control, which caused him to cut down him own sister. Taking an ornate silver sword gifted to him by his sister a year prior, he set off to confront Sombra himself, only to be left for dead by Sombra's dark magic. His body was found by Twilight after they sealed Sombra away again and she attempted to bring him back. His body was too heavily damaged, leaving only his brain intact. After months of hardwork and study, she managed to craft a crude, metal body foe the dying stallion. After spending 2 years learning to cope with his new body, his death, and study science and technology, he crafted a body of his very own. He eventually learned that his fight with Sombra left him as he calls it "shadow scarred", giving him a slight resistance to mind manipulation and the ability to manipulate the thoughts of weak minded creatures such as forest critters. Now he simply seeks redemption for the terrible thing he did and does everything within his power to defend Equestria and make it a bright a place as possible.
