On the outskirts of the small but peaceful town of Nibelheim an unknown light appears, this strange light explodes sending small particles of the strange light across the world. A strange young man lays Unconscious outside of the great city of Midgar, in a flash the man disappears.
: ... w... What happened?
Vincent: Strange, I followed one of the lights and what I found was some
kid taking a nap in the desert.
: W...what? Who are you and where the hell am I?
Vincent: I am Vincent, a strange light appeared from out of nowhere
and it seemed to cause some disturbances. I had to investigate, now kid
who are you and where did you come from?
Kaiden: I'm Kaiden... ahhh! I can't remember anything else,
why can't I remember? Damnit!
Vincent: Must be tough to forget who you are, I seek to forget my past.
I wish to forget everything about what happened years ago.
Kaiden: You want to forget your past, why?
Vincent: This is best kept to myself, think you can move?
Kaiden: Yeah I can move alittle, I can't remember what happened to me though.
Vincent: Move around alittle, get used to this messed up city. Or whats
left of it, the meteor sure did do alot of damage to Midgar.
Kaiden: Midgar? Wow this place is messed up, I guess I need to travel
around. Maybe as I travel my memories might comeback to me.
Vincent: Good luck with that kid, becareful though bandits like to roam
around the ruined parts of Midgar to rob travellers. Take this it might
come in handy.
Kaiden: Whoa! Your giving me this? Awesome.
Vincent: That gun is made of a materia type alloy, the more you use it
the more powerful it will get.
Kaiden: You sure you want to give me this handgun?
Vincent: Don't worry about it, i've got another one.
Kaiden: Sweet thanks, but where should I begin? This place is a mystery
to me, I have no clue where I would be going.
Vincent: Go through the north gates, they will take you to the trainyard.
That will be a good place to start, I will continue my investigations of
those strange lights.
Kaiden: Thanks for your help, take care.
Kaiden begins his quest by going through the gates north of the ruined sector of Midgar, the place was a wreck it'd be no wonder bandits would hang around here. Vincent turns around and leaps over the wall leading outside of Midgar, another one of those strange lights landed somewhere outside in the desert outside of Midgar. After searching awhile Vincent finaly found where the light landed, there was nothing left except an empty crater. He looks southeast of his position and spots somewhat of a strange light figure, it didn't look like a person or a monster.
: Hey sir! Have you seen a kid about 5'01, wheres a white shirt with
a dragon design, and black pants around here?
Vincent: Huh? I just left that kid back in Midgar, who no what are you?
Kedi: My names Kedi, i'm Kaiden's guardian spirit. I am suppose to guide
him to his destiny, he is the one who is suppose to defeat the legendary
beast-warrior and his minions.
Vincent: What! that kid is suppose to fight some legendary beast? He doesn't
even remember where he came from, how is suppose to fight if he can't
remember his goal?
Kedi: What! He lost his memories! Not good, not good at all. Take me to
Kaiden please, we need to get him use to combat again.
Vincent: Follow me and keep up.
