THE GIFT FROM HIS HEART

He sat and looked around at the Christmas decorations that was placed throughout the apartment. Starsky had managed once again to come over while he was out and promptly decorate his apartment.
The brunet sat at his side, sharing the same space and air. Sharing a new found life.
He held out a small box, delicately decorated with a red ribbon and bow.
A small crooked smile accompanied the gift.
The blond smiled back as he looked down at the gift.
A small nudge from the shoulder urged him to open it.
The wrapping was carefully removed. The box opened.
"Not even this can keep us apart.." The note read.
The clear glass vile with a fragment in it was removed.
