Hello again:D er... Yeah. Ren has weird ideas... I have NO idea where this came from. Anyways XDDD each of the little paragraph thingies is supposed to be reffereing to one of the Akatsuki (My friend Rin's OC, Ryuu, Kisame, Hidan, Zetsu, Deidara, Itachi, Kakuzu , but NOT in that order! XDDD)

A high five to anyone who can guess who's is who's XDD Ok, so it's probably REALLY easy XDDD A bit of a hint... I pulled a total blank on Kisame's XDDD So it's really lousy XDD

Anyways!

The life of a Shinobi leaves no room for childishness, that's what we're taught. Foolishness, and juvenile mentalities lead to failure, and disgrace. Immaturity is weakness.

It's strange that now, only when surrounded by the greatest ninja of our, or perhaps any time, that I begin to see things in a different light.

Often, I find myself more an observer than an participant, of the group's goings on. I watch, I listen, and often, it isn't a group of ninja, beyond any set ranking, that I see. I see them as they are, as they once were.

I see the little boy, carefully guarding the pile of toys he knows he'll never use.

The boy in the back, sitting by himself, because he's all the company he'll ever need.

I see the little one, building endlessly, only to knock it down again, forever telling stories about a boy I'll never meet, who ruined puzzle pieces with glue and plastic, so his work could never be undone.

The boy who sits out of the games, because he knows no one could ever compete against him.

The girl by herself, because she choose to be. Picking rejecting over rejection, because they've hurt her once too often.

The one who laughs, and pokes fun at anyone, to anyone who'll listen, to keep himself occupied.

The boy playing with matches in the shadows, feeling as though he could never be burned.

The life of a shinobi begins early. We're taught young how to lie, to hurt, to kill. Growing up safe, and warm is a luxury we don't get. Our childhood is taken to soon, and we need to grow up too quickly.

But perhaps we're never truly able to grow up at all.

That's how. How we can do these things, for reasons we don't always understand. It's simply a game to us. A strange game, with no time outs, referees, or rules.

There are many losers, but no one truly wins. Simply the ones still playing, at the end of the day.

Truly, a only a child's mind could do the things we do, and remain sane. Death is forced upon us so early that at the time, we cannot begin to fathom it. We can't respect what we don't understand.

The mentality of a ninja is easy to understand, when seen this way. To us... Death is child's play.

Yeah... O.o RANDOM XDD anyways.. thank you for reading this, please review, and have a nice day :3
