Love's True Strength

I'm not sure how I learned to love,

No…I know how I learned such a precious thing,

The Fox captured my heart,

Turned it inside out,

Taking all the hate and purifying it,

Laying a path for love,

Something I could follow and cling to,

I don't know what would have happened,

Had my mate not come,

But I probably would have been destroyed.

Now I shall destroy anyone who wants to tear apart,

The fragile flower that is blooming,

The flower called love.

It might not be the brightest flower of the bunch,

For certainly Passion and Lust shine,

But love has no need to be bright,

It's strength runs deep and true,

The bond it creates shall never break.

For with him I shall never fear,

For he is both my strength,

The link that keeps me sane,

And my weakness,

For if he ever disappears from me,

I shall lose everything.

A/N: I know I have not been posting in quite a while, but there is good reason. Today, though, I found out that a favorite author of mine, Muffin234, was in a car crash and now is in a coma. So I am writing this based of her story, A Tale Of A Wolf And A Fox, which I encourage everyone to read. I didn't make this story with Muffin234's permission, so if she asks me to, I shall take it off. It is not my best work; in fact, it is unedited, exactly for the reason that I wanted these feeling raw and true. Please send your get-well wishes to Muffin234.

Disclaimer: I don't own Naruto or A Tale Of A Wolf And A Fox
