the idea came to me by "here I am" of Scorpion... it's just a little "happening" presumingly after the defeat of the Sith (if you have played the game, you'd probably take the holocron BEFORE the defeat of Malak.

Here I am
The suns of Tatooiene blaring in the eyes of the woman standing waiting.
A shape, a shape of a man comming out of the suns and walks steady, gripping a thing in both hands, a holocron.
The woman grips her chest and looks at the almost beaten man, the sun shining on his shoulder, bare of robes, sweating, the robe, as a hood he walks steady, the woman recognizeses him.
He walks steady, firm, but almost beaten, thirsty, sweaty... but walking.
She walks calmly towards him, he sees her, and whispers "Here I am" through the force before he colaps on the sand and she runs to him, then secure his head in her lapp, looking at him, "hey" she speaks softly, he smiles in response "hi..." he answers and gives the holocron to her, she places it aside and takes her lips to his, kissing him, closing her eyes as he closes his, sharing an intimiated kiss and sharing the love.
She feels his sweaty, bloody hands stroking her neck, and doesn't care, her heart soaring out to him, and holds him to her chest as she speaks
"you didn't have to go and find my fathers holocron" she stated
"Nor did you have to save me on the bridge that day" he says back.
She blushes and strokes his long hair, kissing him again
"I had to, I'm a jedi" she answers back
"and I had to, I'm a jedi... now" he says and breathes heavely, seemes that he had a more dealing whit than first noticed.
She smiles "oh, Revan, my friend, my lover, my... soulmate" she says before giving him a kiss.
He smiles back, due to his pain "Bastila... my friedn, my lover... my soulmate" he answers and kisses her, before going into an unconsius state after a few last word.
"Thanks for saving me... my angel".
