Summary: High school romance fic. Morgan is the new girl in school. Rey falls in love with her, but he has some competition. Will he be the one to win Morgan's affections? Or will she fall for someone else?
CHAPTER ONE
Rey was at his locker collecting his books together, when he heard the bell go. First period was English, a subject he quite enjoyed. He grabbed his English books and shoved his Math book to the back of his locker and closed it.
"Hey, Rey Rey." he heard a familiar voice greet him. Rey turned to see his best friend Eddie standing behind him. "Ready?"
"Yep, let's go." Rey replied with a smile as they set off down the hall to class.
As Mr. Anderson was writing up notes on the board, there came a light knock on the classroom door, causing everyone to look up from their writing, accept for Rey.
"Come in!" Mr. Anderson called out.
The door slowly opened and a girl stepped inside the room.
"Ah, you must be the new student I was told about." Mr. Anderson smiled. The girl just nodded in response. "Everyone, this is Morgan. I want you all to make her feel welcome. We all know how hard it is being the new kid."
Rey glanced up from his book and his eyes landed on Morgan. He held his breath and just gazed at her. She was beautiful. She flicked her long, brown hair back and looked towards the class. Her bangs were almost at the point where they covered her eyes, but Rey could still make them out to be a pale blue color.
"Sit down please, Morgan." Mr. Anderson instructed.
Morgan nodded and walked over to an empty desk, throwing her backpack down by it and taking her seat.
Rey couldn't seem to take his eyes off the new girl as the rest of the class got back to work. He was only able to tear his eyes away from her when he felt someone nudge him in the ribs. He turned his head to see Eddie smirking at him.
"You like what you see, huh?" Eddie grinned.
Rey just rolled his eyes, shaking his head at his best friend and getting back to his work.
As he was writing, he couldn't help taking another quick glance over in Morgan's direction. He sighed deeply and rested his head on his hand, looking back down at his work book.
Ok, so here's a new fic from me. 'Tis something different for me, since I'm not used to writing stories where John Cena isn't the MAIN character, although I just couldn't leave him out of it completely! LOL! I had to involve him somehow in the story, so he'll be making a cameo later! LOL! Anyways...lemme know what you guys think of it so far. R&R please!
