Fipp: I recently saw some of the stuff for BbS FM on YouTube, and I can't help but wonder what sort of things Aqua experienced in the Dark Realm that we didn't get to see.
A Fellow Wanderer
Aqua sighed to herself as she walked through the endless paths of darkness.
Why did she sigh again? She really didn't know anymore, but she did have to keep herself busy as there was nothing to do here but fight these shadows that kept popping up, and she had long grown tired of talking to herself . . .
Wait, how long did she grow tired of talking to herself? Time seemed to not move here, so it was hard to tell.
Not for the first time, and not the last, she tried not to think about how time was moving outside.
That was when she read it.
It was a mechanical noise, followed by a slight rumble in the earth. She looked to one of the tree lines of the numerous spires that jutted from the ground to where the sound was coming from.
From the shadows, there was large glowing yellow circle. Then out from those shadows, stepped a large machine with a round body, with four large legs from the side; the yellow circle was its eye.
The creature, whatever it was, stared at Aqua as its eye began to glow. Aqua quickly summoned her (Master Eraqus') Keyblade to prepare herself from whatever it was about to do.
Before she could react, a massive wave of energy shot from the eye, blowing her back several hundred feet and crashing her into a boulder.
Her entire body hurt from the burns she had just received, and she doubted she could move. When she tried to move, she found out her fear was true.
The machine approached her slowly, too slowly, and when it was just far enough from her, it began to charge another attack.
'But, this can't be it . . .'
"Mwuhahahaha!"
Suddenly above the machine, a red shape appeared.
Aqua passed out before she could get a better look.
000
She later awoke to find herself propped up against a boulder.
"Aye, so the maiden awakes!"
Aqua raised her head to see a large man dressed in red with a halberd in his hand, standing over her.
"You're not the bright are you?" he said. "Taking on that thing without any help?" He shook his head. "At least it wasn't that dragon. Or worse, both! Now that would be suicide."
'Dragon?'
"And what brings you here? Not often do people throw themselves into this realm all willy-nilly and stuff. I'd help you out of here, but I'm not really sure where to go myself. Hey, you gonna drink that or what?"
Aqua looked down in her hand to see an Elixir. It must been the red man's.
"Anyway, I should get going. I've got a lot of places to be, and can't waste my day with someone who doesn't have the common courtesy to talk back to me." He then spun around and jumped off the path, leaving Aqua alone.
After several minutes, Aqua managed to drink the Elixir, fully restoring her body's energy.
With nothing left here, she summoned the Keyblade and continued on her journey.
From the darkness below, she was certain she heard someone yelling "No! My new blade! It's gone!"
Or maybe she was just imagining things.
