House is being told off by Cameron and he thinks about all his great character traits, and falls in love with himself.

"House, you are a rude, arrogant, spineless disgusting pig that only thinks about himself!" Cameron shouts and leaves the room in tears after he made a move on her once again.
"She's right... I am rude and arrogant and spineless. So now I am going to do something that I have been wanting to do for years now, and I won't be rude about it... Dr. House, I love you with all my heart."
"Really, Greggypoo?" House said to himself.
"Oh yes, you're so sexy, and I love the way you don't let anyone else near you... Were you saving yourself for me?" House spoke in a seductive tone.
"For you and only you. Let's go out tonight... I hope you have a double bed since I plan to go home with you tonight."
"Oh, you know it!"
And with that, House smiled the rest of the day, which freaked out everyone that knew him, and he later on went on the magical date, which changed EVERYTHING for him.
