For 'The Snakes and Ladders' Challenge over at HPFC. The character I recieved was Frank Longbottom, I found this quite difficuly but I dont the best i can. Reviews would be much appreciated whether positive or negative...enjoy!:)
Frank Longbottom lay in the hospital bed next to his wife Alice's. They had been there since the end of the First Wizarding War a whole 17 years ago. He and his wife, Alice, were there thanks to Bellatrix Lestrange, one of Voldemort's Death Eaters. Their son, Neville, walked slowly into the room towards them.
"Mum" he whispered as he approached their beds "Dad"
His parents stared at him because after all, as Neville fine well knew, they had been tortured into insanity and had no recollection of anything.
"I've got some good news" he continues "Do you remember me mentioning Voldemort being back and the Second Wizarding War? Well, it's over now" he paused as he waited for his parents to make some reaction to the news. He could have waited there for the rest of his life and would still receive no reaction, his parents faces were as blank as they were when he arrived.
He carried on anyway "And Bellatrix is dead… Molly Weasley killed her"
There was still no reaction. Neville got up, sighed and said "Well I'll see you both later" and left the room.
Once he was gone Frank turned towards the door and whispered hoarsely "Tell Molly I said thank you" but Neville couldn't hear as he was already half way down the corridor.
