Hakkai crept to the door frame, silently but quickly. He knew that Gojyo would be waking up soon and he wanted for it to be a surprise. Taking one last look in the bed, Hakkai made his escape.

After the door closed behind him, Hakkai headed down to the kitchen. It wasn't even a kitchen. Just a small room that held a stove, microwave, refrigerator, and a counter slash sink, all in different colors. Reaching for the frig door, he pulled out the eggs, milk, ham, cheese, and peppers. This year was going to be something special.

A new cookbook that boasted English recipes. This item, called an omelet, was said to increase ones love drive. Hakkai chuckled to himself, as if Gojyo had any trouble with that. If he ever read this book Hakkai would be in for a long night of…..well he was planning on it.

Gojyo would never say it, but they both enjoyed morning sex. When the body was limp and waking up meant searching sensitive body parts. After mixing the eggs and pouring them in the pan, Hakkai began to stir.

And stir.

And stir.

Hakkai looked in the pan. Then at the book. He had just created scrambled eggs. Scrapping the eggs out into Hacurryu's dish, Hakkai started again. Eggs and milk, hot pan, pour, stir, and stir and stop.

Now a thin layer of some cooked egg and not cooked egg remained. Prefect. Now to add the ham, peppers, and cheese. The book said to fold the egg into three half's. That couldn't be right.

Hakkai flipped to the next page, but there were any more instructions.

This was going to be difficult.

Gojyo woke up to the clanging of pans and plates. Shaking his head, he felt the bed and noticed it was cold. Hakkai was obviously in the kitchen but he never made this much noise. Standing up, Gojyo retrieved his pants and stumbled to the kitchen, lighting up a cigarette.

"….what the heck?"

Hakkai was sitting on the floor covered in egg and ham and…was that peppers? Plates of eggs and…stuff were laying on every surface in the small kitchen. The stove was on and the inside of the frying pan was turning black.

"Hakkai, what's wrong? Hell," Gojyo reached over Hakkai on the floor and turned off the stove. Grabbing his shoulders, Gojyo forced Hakkai to look at him. "Hakkai what happened? Are you Ok?"

"Oh! Good morning Gojyo," Hakkai smiled brightly and brushed some of the egg out of his hair. "Did I wake you up?"

"Damit Hakkai, what are you doing?"

"Well I was trying to make you a new English breakfast, but I couldn't quite figure out the recipe…oh yeah," Kissing Gojyo lightly on the lips, "Happy Birthday Gojyo."

Hanging his head in defeat, Gojyo swooped up Hakkai in his arms, "Oh! Where are we going?"

"You know acting innocent will get you anywhere with me," Nibbling some egg off of Hakkai's face, "This is the perfect breakfast. Thank you."
