You hold back the tears and wonder
When will he come back?
You lift your eyes to see the stars
Now your world is black.
You look down to see the necklace
He gave you so long ago.
So you sit and cry and weep
Why did he have to go?
He loved you so much
You remind yourself.
You think of the photo
Sitting on your shelf
Where he kept his arm around you
Protecting you from harm.
You leaned against his shoulder
Hands on his arm.
He kept his green eyes on you
Looking like the sea.
You kept your gray eyes on him
Heart filled with glee.
Oh how much you miss him
Oh gods please have mercy.
For you cannot describe
How much you miss your Percy.
