Chapter 1: Together again
Luke felt like he had been hit by a bus. One moment he was studying for his final test before leaving for home, and the next thing he knew there was a flash of light, and he was no longer in his dorm. Luke sat up, looking around the large metal room he was in. He had no idea ho he had gotten there, or how he was going to get out. But he knew he had to get out of that room, otherwise there would be no telling what might happen to him, or his family. Directly to his right there was another flash of light. When the flash of light cleared, the last person Luke was expecting to be there was there. He watched as Maria got up, and examined the room. At first she did not notice Luke standing there, but then she turned around to see him. They were both speechless, they never thought they would see each other again.
"Luke? Is that really you?" Maria said, breaking the silence.
"Yeah its me." Luke replied, "But where are we and how did we get here?"
"I have no idea, but I do not think we are on earth anymore." Maria said, knowing she was correct.
They stood there for a moment, neither of them saying a word. But then they both smiled, and hugged. Sudden a third flash of light to their left and Sarah Jane was lying on the floor.
