Prologue
"I am sending you on a special mission."
Ventus, as usual, had a question for the Master. "What sort of mission? Where are we going? How long are we going to be gone?" Okay, so maybe it was more than one.
Master Eraqus shook his head fondly, chuckling. "I'm sending you to a number of different worlds to learn important things. You'll be gone however long it takes you to learn these lessons."
"Like what? Don't steal, or do drugs? We already know, Master!" Terra was the only one who was…less than thrilled to say the least. He didn't like staying away from the Land of Departure for too long. For some reason, being a ways away from home made him fairly uneasy. Maybe it was because he'd been there for as long as he could remember, but…
"No, Terra. These are important, and you will need to remember them all for the rest of your lives. Otherwise, it could land you into some less than pleasant situations." Master Eraqus didn't seem bothered by Terra's rudeness. He knew that the boy didn't really mean it. "You will be going to a different part of space, where different kinds of worlds are."
Now Aqua spoke. "A different part of space? What do you mean?"
"Space is very large, Aqua. Just because you can see many stars in space doesn't mean you can see all of them. Let me just leave it at that."
Authors Note: And thus begins my newest story, and my first step to trying out the Kingdom Hearts fandom! Aside from Terra, Aqua and Ventus, I will own all the characters in the story. (I'm not kidding)
I think I'm really going to enjoy writing this. I just hope my reviewers will also.
