After the Capitol fell, the victors decided to have one last Hunger Games using the Capitol residents. However, they decided to introduce there own twist. This is a Submit Your Own Tribute story.

In the Blood Stained Meadows

Hello. This is my first story here or anywhere else, so wish me luck. This story will be about the 76th Hunger Games with the Capitol people. I am going to try a submit your own tribute thing. I need 12 boys, and 12 girls, of any age. I'm doing like a Quarter Quell, where "To represent how the Capitol's decisions affect everyone, the Tributes will be reaped from Capitol people of all ages.
