CHAPTER ONE: I hate mornings!
It was a bright summers morning during breakfast at the Hades table thinks to herself ,
"Here I am with my brother and sister at Hades table ,Im just thinking of how this is probably the worst part of my day sitting here with these jerks. I'm just going to talk to myself as if I was my own new friend to pass the time ." She thinks as she plays with her flap jacks and eggs
"My name is Zoe , I am the daughter of Hades and I know what your thinking I'm just evil and want to kill everything and everyone in my path or something like that but I'm actually really nice , I have a strong sense of feeling and sensuality , and nothing and I mean nothing not even nectar or ambrosia makes me want something or someone more than when someone says I can't have it or them. I care about people's feelings unlike my annoying revenge seeking, grudge holding father and siblings .I mean don't get me wrong I'm not fully bashing my family , though I don't agree with their means. Being the daughter of hades god of the underworld and everything grotesque can have its perks for instance I can manipulate fire and most mythical beast and because I am half god some would say I'm an amazing warrior here at camp . At least thats what the weak Hermes kids say shuddering in fear as if i were some legend after I've beaten them and I haven't been here at camp half blood very long I arrived here at camp a little after that cute blue-eyed boy came what was his name?... Erm look at me I'm just being dramatic ,of course I knew his name it was Percy Jackson son of Poseidon god of the sea that's the problem I mean ,I like Percy ...as a friend as a friend ! of course" ,she's say's nervously thinking to herself
"but his dad and my dad are like immortal enemies 'literally' I felt as though it was even wrong to talk to him besides I think he has an interest in that perky blonde Annabeth" ,she says mockingly
"but I don't think it's serious I have a chance... "She thinks nervously stopping to take a drink orange juice
"right?... That is of course if I liked him which I don't.",
Zoe's thinking was interrupted by the sound of a soothing voice,
"Hey Zoe uhm ,I know we really don't talk much but were having a camp fire obstacle course you know, midnight mayhem ,and since your one of Hades strongest fighters I ...er... we meaning everyone in camp ,wanted to know if you wanted to represent team Hades",percy said.
Zoe's POV:
My heart started pouncing up and down beating harder and faster like a drum ,as my siblings look at me in despise.
I was in shock ...
was the great Percy Jackson hero of Olympus talking to me.
I shrugged my shoulders and murmured silently ," sure" he stared at me with wide eyes then walked away.
I think I may have offended him. I'm so stupid ,sure ,who says sure that's soooo rude.
I turned to look at him and saw him looking back at me with those bright blue eyes I bet In a confused retrospect I wasn't exactly sure though I turned my head so fast that it was at the speed of Hermes himself .
