Visiting Juniper's laboratory on the same day of Kyogre's death Ash and Yancy both watched Juniper as a machine scanned the egg. Ash was concerned for the Kyogre for he didn't know what caused it's death exactly. All that he knew was he was meant to bring the egg to Juniper.
Juniper opened the incubator as a Minccino hopped onto a wobbling-light, watching the egg. "It appears to be a Manaphy egg" Juniper said mysteriously. Ash and Yancy both looked at each other stunned and speechless. "I'll need you lovebirds to take care of the egg yourself. And don't lose it. " Juniper said as she grabbed Minccino away from the ceiling light.
Ash and Yancy walked out of the Research lab seeing Pikachu eye the ocean. He looked at it thoughtfully. He soon sensed Ash's presence, "Pikaa!" Yancy petted Pikachu and held him as Ash sent out his Talonflame.
Hours later they arrived back in Castelia city. They walked to the motel and shut the door behind them. Ash took off Yancy's hat and put it on a coat rack. "It's almost like we have a child." Yancy said thoughtfully. She held the egg container and sat with it in her lap Ash looked at his beautiful girl and her pink hair. He lied on the bed next to her recliner, falling asleep. At night Ash, Pikachu Yancy and Oshawott were at a Pizza restaurant.
Enjoying the cheese Pikachu ate his slice not minding being in the little kid section. Oshawott threw a fit at some kids who were bopping his nose as he was eating. Pikachu pretended not to notice and patted his stomach. Ash and Yancy both were biting on a peanut stick, the same one on different ends. They munched until.. "Ash.." Yancy blushed as Ash held her hand tight. He grinned hard.
In the meantime Mewtwo was meditating in the Castelia sewers. "Hmm.. Why hasn't he messaged me?" she wondered." Just then a group of Accelgor descended from the shadows. "I'd advise that you leave instantly." Mewtwo said warningly. Without warning the horde of Pokémon used Water Shuriken bringing Mewtwo into dodging action. Suddenly the Accelgor used double team, attempting to trap Mewtwo. She simply dropped the brick ceiling onto her attackers and teleported away from danger.
The next morning Ash was watching the international news waking up Yancy. "Ash?" Yancy said lovingly. Ash was at awe, 'Team Plasma X?' He saw some young adults looking like modern-day knights. He wondered why they were wearing different outfits.
Deciding to get this off of his mind, Ash wanted to go out with Yancy. "Let's say that we visited Liberty Garden?" Ash asked. Yancy winked and jumped on his back. "That playing is amazing." she exclaimed. So piggy-back riding Ash allowed. On Liberty Garden men in black suits took down a man who appeared to be guarding the entrance to Liberty tower. They ran into a room to see that Victini was gone.
