My god, I finished this in less than two hours. A record! LOL. Just finished watching Lucy, and I just needed to write something... Anything.

Gabe watched as his daughter flung herself onto the small couch that adorned the living room and at once immediatly flipped open her laptop and was soon writing a mile a minute. He smiled lovingly. His daughter was so ambitious, he had once feared that it would her down coming. Now, he knows it won't be.
In the last fours years, he had watched as she grew up into a young beautiful woman, strong and independent. She overcame obstacles as they were thrown at her at numerous times, when she was down and weak. And yet, she was still here, having not given into her own bad luck. She somehow always got herself out of situations in which she had put herself in, with the help of course, from people she trusts. She had her heart broken repeatingly by Clark Kent, and yet was still friends with him. Her trust has been tried and tested so much that he's really surprised she hasn't begged him to move back to Metropolis. She had been beaten into the ground so many times, and yet here she still was.
Just like her mother.
She loves fiercely and hates fiercely. She has only glimpsed what real life is, and uses that to give herself some preparation for the real thing, when it is time to go off into the world. She knows who her through friends are and even knows who her enemies are. She strong, independent, and she's his daughter. God couldn't have been more nicer to him...
He stood from his position at the counter and ambled his way over to her. Plopping down next to her, he enveloped her into a suprise hug.
"Dad?" Came her muffled confused voice from his chest. But still, she wrapped her arms around him and hugged him.
He leaned back, keeping her in his arms. Looking down at her confusion-filled eyes, he smiled reassuringly. "I love you so much, Chloe Elizabeth Marie Sullivan." He watched relief flood her eyes, and she smiled brightly up at him.
"I love you too, Dad." And embraced him into another hug.
Gabeknows Chloe will to do great things with her life, even though she doesn't feel it yet.
