Havoc stared blankly out the open door of general store and sighed.

It was just another Thursday. He never understood why no one, absolutely no one in this goddamn town came in on Thursdays. Wednesday and Friday? It was absolutely packed. Thursday? Not a soul.

Havoc looks up at the clock on the wall and sighs again, leaning back in his prison of a chair, letting his head loll back as he squeezes the hand grips spratically, listening to small 'squeak' of the spring.

"Whoa!" Havoc's head snapped up as his body convulse. He looked around, eyes wide, heart thumping in his chest. "What the fuck was that?" his breathing became harsh as his eyes narrowed. He listened to the far away sounds of birds coming from a tree across the street.

"N-ghah!" There it was again! This time, instead of his body contorting, only his lower half. The hand grips fell to the floor with a clatter as Havoc gaped down at his lap. He ripped the blanket off, and stared at his now legs, now small and weak from months of no use.

His throat tightened as he stared. It had been weeks since he actually looked at his legs, wishing he could forget about what happened, but now, almost willing.

He almost jumped as he felt it: his left thigh quivering.

His eyes shined as his mouth widened to a grin before laughing slapping his hands on the armrest of the chair as it quivered again.
