Sketchy Beginnings
Tawni walked down the hall rubbing her throbbing nose and sticking her bottom lip out.
She ran into someone.
"Hey watch where you're- Oh, hi, Tawni."
"Hello, Chad." Tawni responded and attempted to keep walking.
"Hey hold up, you're sad, what's wrong with you?" He asked.
Although he would never show it in public, Chad cared for Tawni.
They had been on a television show together when they were little, and they promised to always have each others' backs.
"My show's new cast member Sonny." She said her name with disgust. "Everyone likes her and pays so much attention to her and they're missing the big picture! Me!" Tawni whined.
"Hey, it's okay. it'll all blow over soon. Once the new car loses the new car smell, the owner loses interest." Chad said with a smile.
He was referring to his cast mate Trevor.
He had been big for a week or so, and everyone thought he was so great, then after that no one could even remember his name.
"You really think so?" Tawni asked, perking up.
"Oh, I know so." Chad winked at her.
"I don't know, Chad..." Tawni's voice trailed off into the silence.
"Oh, I can make it happen." Chad said popping his collar.
"You'd do that?" Tawni smiled.
"Prepare for little miss Sonshine to get burned." Chad smirked and walked away.
Tawni beamed.
Chad had a plan, and it was for sure fool proof.
Sonny Monroe had no idea what was coming for her.
