I was basicaly dragged into the elevator by two men i'd never seen before, I was terrified. bruises where starting to form on my arms where they where holding me. once on the very top floor the doors opened and i was thrown into the living room of President Shinra's appartment. I stayed on my knees with my head down to scared to do anything. the one man then said
"Now tell him who and what you are!"
the other man reached down to pull me up when spoke
"Leave her be, now go."
He said it like he was bored or maybe irritated, but after they left he knelt in front of me,
"what is your name? and your story?"
he asked quietly. i slowly looked up and answered
"i'm Lillith..." i paused
"and my father is one of Hojos experiments." i paused again then continued
"i was born in the lab, i dont know who my mother is, but my purpose was to be the Great Generals friend. now that he is gone i am use less to Hojo. he wants to do more mako experiments on me but Lucy wont let him...shes the only one who protects me anymore.."
i finished, i was close to tears now that i said it.
"Jessica..?" " JESSICA!" yelled
"coming...coming...what?" she said entering the living room.
"i'll be back in an hour, i'm going to take lillith to a friends house for the night" he replied. then turning to me he said,
"you can call me Rufus" then he helped me up and we entered the elevator.
we were escorted out of the Shinra building and to the car by Rude and Reno. 2 turks that i know from there numerous visits to the lab over the years. once in the car we drove out of town towards the endless country, even at night the flowers in the meadows looked beautiful even more so in moonlight. once the car stopped i followed Rufus up the dirt pathway to the house on top of the hill. but what surprised me was i felt a familar presence nearby...but it was not in the house..that much i knew. so i looked around my eyes stopped on the cherry trees, under one was what looked like a bed. i started towards it not really paying attention to Rufus anymore who had stopped and was now quietly following me. i stopped a foot away from what i now know was indeed a bed, on it was a silver haired man, who slowly opened his green cat-like eyes and stared at me for a few minutes before he spoke
"...Lillith?" he asked softly. when i nodded i was pulled onto the bed and into a hug. he refused to let me go.
"Sephiroth..." i sighed and snuggled closer.
"so i see you do think of other things and not just the planet" Rufus said to sephiroth. who smiled
"yes i do think of other things, may i ask why you brought her to me?"
"Hojo...wants to do experiments..." i paused.. "Lucrecia cant protect me forever." i said quietly. Sephiroth growled i looked him in the eye as tears started to stream down my face and what i said put Rufus in shock.
