Hello my friends, this is just a little poem I thought up form Dis' perspective. A bit on the angsty side, but I know people like angst these days. :P

Disclaimer: Tolkien owns Dis and everyone else. I just painted it nicely.

Aching heart, In this way we must part.

Teary eyes, I know that time always flies.

I remember the days of two mops of hair

Gold and dark,

Flying through the small, green yard.

Oh Erebor,

Kingdom of Tears,

Must you take away my family so near?

My husband, cold.

And brother mine, he lays to rest, freezing as ice.

Now my sons too, they flew away,

Leaving me alone, weeping.

Oh Erebor,

Kingdom of Tears,

Must you take away my family so near?

Ah Death, please hear!

And end my suffering, so I may see them once more.

I just kind of wrote that as I thought of it, and for those of you following my story, "Nobody, Somebody", here is my answer to you: "Time! Time!" I need time! This is a particularly boring chapter to write, so, I'm trying to plow my way through it. Anyways, I hope you enjoyed my poem, PLEASE PLEASE TELL ME WHAT YOU THOUGHT! And as an incentive for you to review, a greeting from Fili and Kili for the first five people who review! (If you ask nicely after the first five, you just may get a greeting... We'll see.) SO PLEASE REVIEW!

Hugs,

-Hobbit
