Disclaimer: I don't own Harry Potter, Rose Weasley, Scorpius Malfoy, Taylor Swift or her song Enchanted, or Pride and Prejudice.
So I'd like to give credit where credit it due, first off. My sis EsaRavenclaw (she'd like you to check her out even though she normally writes for Percy Jackson and The Olympians) gave me ideas for Rose and Scorpius's arguments. My mother and father often argue about the dishes, so credit for that goes to them, I guess. The supermegafoxyawesomehot VICKY (vicky199416)gave me the quote "Laugh as much as you choose, but you will not laugh me out of my opinion." from Pride and Prejudice. This is for the "Give Me a Quote" challenge on the forum "RoseScorpiusFans". It's awesomesauce. Look it up.
I do own a Pygmy Puff, though. His name is Arnold the Second, but I like to call him Quimbly.
Rose and I have been married for about a year now —not that I'm counting— and we certainly love each other just as much as, if not more than, when we met. The arguing hasn't slowed one bit, but instead of fights, we have what I like to call "debates". These such "debates", are often over silly things, such as who will cook for dinner, what to cook, who does the dishes, why a pygmy puff is called a pygmy puff, whether Rose's mother's friend Luna is really crazy, and other such things.
The fight we are currently having, for example, is over music artists. My lovely wife has just found out of my love of Taylor Swift.
"I was enchanted to meet youuuuuuuu!" I bellowed, just to annoy her.
"Stop! Stop it!" she yelped.
"No! She's awesome!"
"She— She— She can't sing! It's all auto-tuned!"
"No it isn't!" I shouted.
"Yes it is!" she sang.
"No! Have you ever heard her live?"
All of a sudden, Rose started giggling.
"What?" I asked, outraged she found this funny.
"You— You—" She couldn't get her words out, "You…"
"What?" I spat.
"You like Taylor Swift!"
"Yes. I think we've already established that."
"It's— It's— It's just so girly!" she laughed.
"Laugh as much as you choose, but you will not laugh me out of my opinion!" I yelled.
This shut her up.
"Was that… Pride and Prejudice?" she asked, amazed.
"Yes. Yes, it was," I stated, quite proud of myself.
"High five!" she said.
"Yeah!" I high fived her, and that was the end of our argument.
I don't have anything against Taylor Swift. In fact, I really like her music.
