Here's an odd poem I made up off the top of my head. Not my best work, but hey, what can I say?
*******
The choking darkness falls
The screaming wind calls
Shadows cloak this land,
And few enter,
Save by some guiding hand.
The one who made it
Is second to none
The one who received it
Did not know it was the One.
Facing dark fears and light,
Fight with all the might, power, and destruction
That lay within the Ring.
A simple band of gold
Will turn the bearer cold
To all the warning cries
Of everyone he once knew.
Mist enfolds vision, and shadows
Of the world are all you see.
If the Bearer puts this band upon his finger
One too many times,
He'll end up like me
Making up these dumb rhymes.
********
Can anyone guess what I am talking about? If you can, then you'll get lots of candy and cookies and a congrats in any more rhymes/songs/riddle things I post!
Ja!
