The desire grew in him. Every day and every night, he was haunted by the feeling, her taste, her touch. He wanted more. He was beyond desperate, he was entirely addicted.
The fear in her subsided. Ever since she saw the look in his eyes, she realized that he never wanted this. She offered her blood to let him live.
Her blood was his elixir. It kept him alive and sane. It pained him that he had to take it from the person he valued the most. Finally, he surrendered to the fact that he needed her, more than ever.
His touch was irresistible. She knew she was utterly intoxicated. The intimacy was always there. The sensation was beyond explanation, yet she felt it whenever they were together. She wanted him like never before.
Thus, they entered the forbidden game. They decided to defy all odds to satisfy their passions. They took their chances and did the unforgivable ritual.
