When Endeavour Morse walked into the crime scene at the hospital, he took one look at the corpse and collapsed. Fortunately for him Inspector Thursday was alert and caught him.
A narrow escape from a hospital visit for Morse. The next thing happened so quickly. Inspector Thursday was shot. Luckily, Endeavour was there to tend to his every need.
Unfortunately, he died. Thursday could never quite work out how that had happened!
