Alright, I'll be the first one to say that 100 percent of my stories are always written in 1st person. I do that for two reasons. One, I enjoy first person better because it shows emotions (internal mainly) and I suck at writing in 3rd and second, I hate reading 2nd or 3rd person. But, I'm writing this one in 3rd person for two reasons. One, it'll give me a challenge and two, I can't do this story in anyway 1st person. I also want to say that I was inspired by this story after reading "Stupid Ringtail" by Goddessofyingandyang so I don't want to take total credit this story. Even if the intention of the story is different, the idea is the same so I wanted to give them credit so I don't get called an idea stealer. Also, I am COMPLETELY out of story ideas and I am totally open for suggestions. Anyway, please read and review and let me know what you think.
Moron
The complete silence of the nighttime city of Paris was broken by the soft footsteps of the infamous Sly Cooper. He ran on the rooftops of the city, making his way to the apartment of a certain rival. He had stopped by there earlier to show Ramona Bandicoot a few recon photos of the local Interpol station. However, the folder the photos were in also contained confidential information of their next heist that she couldn't see. He ran quickly until the landed softly on the balcony of her fourth story apartment. Knowing he'd have to sneak in, he quietly picked the lock on the sliding glass door of her apartment and stepped in silently. He spotted the sleeping rival on the couch, snoring softly. He saw that this was the pristine opportunity to swipe the file, the quickly searched her apartment. The first place he looked was the coffee table sitting in front of his snoozing rival. Sly mentally slapped himself when he saw the file resting underneath Ramona. The master thief had to get the file back without waking Ramona. So, he silently grabbed the edge of the folder and gently lifted Ramona's side in order to remove it. His fingers accidently brushed against the ticklish spot on her side and Ramona giggled in her sleep.
"Stop it," she was still asleep and she gently swatted his paw away, "That tickles, Michael!" she laughed out. Sly stopped moving the folder and stared at the still sleeping female.
"Michael?" he said aloud, "Who's Michael?" he released the folder, stood, and started to allow the jealousy take over. He always had a thing for Ramona and hearing her dream about another man caused him to get jealous. In his jealous rage, he angrily left her apartment, without the folder, and stormed home. After the sliding door to her apartment closed, Ramona opened her eyes and sat up. She smirked, picked up the folder and glanced to the door.
"Moron." She muttered with a devious smile before strolling into her bedroom.
Alright, again this was my first 3rd person story and please be kind! Trust me, 3rd person isn't about to become a new trend with me but I wanted to try something new and I had to use 3rd person for this story. And again, I'm completely out of ideas so I'm always up for suggestions. (:
