Derek ran his through a his hair frustrated by what Kendra was saying.
"How can you Derek I thought this relationship was important to you?"Kendra screamed.
What she didn't know was that this relationship was the most important thing to have happened to him in his life. He has bent himself backwards trying to be the man that she always wanted him to be . He had given up his bachelorhood, he stoppped flirting with anything in a skirt. He even had gotten a job to pay for their dates and stopped hanging out with his friends as much. But the was one thing that he would not give up not even for her besides his family. And that was hockey his life long passion which is to be a professional hockey playor, to play in the NHL . Which is exactly why she was mad at him because while he was at his game ,she was waiting for him at his home to go out on their date for their one year anniversary. Yeah you heard it right they have been together for a year ever since his sophmore year in highschool.
"This Relationship DOES matter to me, I tried my best to get home in time for our date. I didn't expect this game to be today ."Derek said calmy as possible.
"Well I know hockeys important to you, derbear but arent I important too?"Kendra pouted.
"You know your are , My whole world."Derek said seriously.
"Aww,You too DerBear."Kendra said jumping into his arms.
