Nymphadora Tonks flew through the air on her broom. The wind whistled in her ears and ruffled her bubblegum pink hair away from her forehead. A large grin was on her youthful and heart shaped face.

"Woo hoo! This is wonderful," Tonks exclaimed in glee. "Mad-eye isn't this great?" She removed her hands from the broom's handle . Grasping the broom with her knees, she raised her hands into the air. "Woo hoo!" Tonks exclaimed again breathlessly.

Loosing some height, the young auror placed her hands onto the broom handle. "Whoops," she said sheepishly. Her porcelain colored cheeks and forehead flush slightly; it was a color that nearly matched her hair.

Rearing back, Tonks quickly regained the height she had lost. In a split second, the witch was soaring again with her fellow witches and wizards. Mad-eye Moody, Remus John Lupin, Molly Weasley, Kingsley Shcaklebolt, Arthur Weasley as well as a half of a dozen other fellow wizarding people were flying all around and beside her. They were going to their first meeting of the Order of the Phoenix. When Voldemort had 'died' the first time, the group had disbanded. It was now back together.

A battle was going to begin the coming weeks and months. Everyone wanted to be able to properly defend themselves against Voldemort. Every noble witch and wizard alike wanted to be able to defend Harry Potter, the Boy Who Lived.

Even in the tense and doom filled, spring air, there was life and there was hope. Nothing could stop Tonks from enjoying this moment. It was a happy minute that was filled with bliss and calmness.

Life was growing in abundance this early spring day. Everywhere she looked, Tonks saw renewal. The bare trees were budding under her. For miles and miles, Tonks saw small dots of green. They reminded her of the brown and green polka dotted dress she owned.

She tuned out the rushed and anxious chatter of her friends and listened instead to the red birds and blue birds and chickadees and all of the other birds twitter in unison. There was a choir of birds and that was beautiful. These birds were better than any concert Tonks had ever been to.

Tonks let her gaze drift up to the sky. The space of space was the brightest cerulean blue that Nymphadora Tonks had ever seen. Every once in awhile a fluffy and puffy white cloud would skitter across and break up the crystal clear blue sky.

Out of the corner of her eye, the young auror saw the sun. For just a moment she looked. The witch did not want to make herself blind my staring at the sun. Even in that short amount of time, Tonks was seeing sunspots. To rid her eyes of them, she blinked repeated.

Tonks found the sun inspiring. It was this massive ball of heat and light that was up there in the sky. Too far away to touch and yet the sun was close enough to be seen and to help the planet and the planet's peoples and beings. It regulates the seasons as well as the waves. What life with no sun would be like was impossible for Tonks to imagine.

"We are getting near our headquarters," Tonks heard Remus Lupin shout. He sounded old and worn. It worried Tonks. She cared for Lupin more than just as a friend would. The young witch's cheeks flush in embarrassment as well as surprise and pleasure. She knew that she should not like Remus in any other way than in friendship, but she did.

Tonks looked down. Every witch and wizard were slowly descending. Her cheeks grew a brighter red as she also descended. When Tonks go to the ground, everyone was safely off their brooms. When Tonks tried to dismount, she rolled off her broom and onto the ground. Dusting herself off, she stood. Grabbing her broom, which had hovered overhead, she marched forward.
