"I hate loving you."

The blonde had said these words. After nearly a year of being together and as the silver-haired immortal held him close, he had said these words. His tears had streamed down his face and Hidan's shoulder. He hadn't worn eyeliner because he'd gotten high the night before with some others. Hidan didn't like it but he didn't protest when the others did even promised he wouldn't tell Pein who had freaked out when he smelled it earlier.

But even now, as the blonde crossed his mind, he couldn't help but recall the time around where the bomber had said this. Even now, as he could still feel tears that had long dried, wet on his left shoulder. As he could open his cloak a little to reveal fading bite-marks, reminding him of how he'd asked the blonde to hurt him.

"Please, make it hurt."

He had asked.

But now all he could do was hide the pain of those words. It was all he could do instead of giving in to the emotions that fought inside him.

And as he sat alone in the dark he whispered.

"I hate loving you too Dei-kun."

Then as tears brimmed his eyes.

"But I'd never give up a minute of it...not for anything or anyone."

That night, Hidan cried himself to sleep. The blonde had no idea how much those words had hurt.
