The End
Bye, Midna, thought link as he saw Midna break the twilight mirror.
"I will always be with you, Link", said Midna in a ghostly aroma, "and Zelda, thank you for helping me face my true abilities."
Zelda just nodded slightly, and the aroma was gone.
They both started to leave. Then Link turned around and saw Midna on the rock entrance to the twilight world.
"Midna!!" said Link in a shock.
"Link, I need to talk to you and Zelda", said Midna in a worried voice, "I will open the twilight gate again."
Just then the twilight gate opened again and they both walked in.
They found themselves in Zant's old palace. They found Midna on the throne now. She was small and looked nothing like the princess she was supposed to be.
"STOP!!" shouted Midna.
They stopped walking.
"Now what I want you to do is - - "
"Zant, you fool, let Midna go, NOW!!" said Link in a booming voice.
"Why certainly on one condition."
"What do you want, Zant?" asked Zelda.
"Oh, nothing I just want Link's soul!!"
"Well too bad Zant you are not tak - -"
"No it's ok Zelda, I'll go."
"No, Link you will die", shouted Midna from across the room.
"I know, but that is a sacrifice I am willing to make", said Link in a low voice, "I…I wanted to tell you something, Midna…I Lo- -"
Just then Link fell to the ground dead with Zant's knife in his back.
"NOOOOOOOOOOOO!!" shouted Zelda and Midna.
"I guess this is the end for Link and His descendents", said Zelda in a very chalky voice.
