When Hell Freezes Over

This is May's Monthly Poem. I know it may seem kinda severe so let me clarify the meaning. Sometimes, terrorists and such will go into schools and point a gun at people's heads and ask them to deny God. Well, this is a statement of mine saying I WON'T.

When Hell Freezes Over

When told "do or die"

When the fight to stay alive

When the gun is at my head

I will not deny the Lord.

No matter what happens

No matter what weapon

If the temptation is great

I will not give up on God.

When everyone else goes ahead

When I am left behind

When the knife is at my heart

I will not let go of Jesus.

And when I'm the only one left

And I'll still not deny my God

I am the only one who answers

"When Hell freezes over."

Because no matter the consequences

No matter the pain

No matter the temptation

I will NEVER deny God.
