Smile Again
Joy Hogart did not care that Spinner Mason had not smiled since the whole 'Rick thing'. He didn't care that Spinner had that guilt plagued look in his eyes. He didn't notice when all of his friends abandoned him. He didn't want to make Spinner happy. He most defiantly didn't kiss his soft lips just hoping to see the corners pull into a small smile. He didn't hold Spinner close at night when he cried from all the guilt and self-hate he had inside. His heart never skipped a beat when Spinner would look at him with life in his eyes that grew every day. He didn't care that Spinner had finally become happy again because Jay Hogart was a bad ass who didn't care about anything. More than anything Jay didn't fall in love with Gavin 'Spinner' Mason. Jay Hogart didn't want to see Spinner smile again.
