A tribal pack is something I made up, you will be explained more as we go on. But the main thing is they follow the Moon wolf instead of the Star Wolf, females from their birth pack are cast out to find another tribe pack and become matted with one of their males. Only the male pups of the alpha wolves can fight, they remain in the pack and will also get mates from other packs. That clear some up, good.
