Jethro Get Sleepy

There are times when I zone out, lost in my own world. Dead in the place I sit. Creeping closer and closer to the end. The darkness slowly engulfs me and my eye lids get heavy. It becomes harder to stay awake. I am now fighting a losing battle, and now I have stopped trying. Now I am fully emerged in a black tomb, and I know relief has come. I relax from my former fear, the terror that has taken over my being. The terror that I will be plagued with dreams of my wife and daughter's death. I rest for a bit. Now after I am rested, I live, I breathe, I am alive, and I am new. I am now back in the world of the living, now longer in my own little world. I creep back into the light, completely refreshed.
