Hi! I got the idea for this a couple of days ago, as I have recently grown to love ScorpiusXRoxanne. I might continue it from Fred's and Roxane's POV, but for now it's a one-shot.

Dear Dad,

Hi! It's me, Roxie! I just want you to know that I won't be coming home for Christmas this year. Also, I have some very important news:

Fred is in love! He had a major crush on my best friend, Erica, which is oh-so wrong; she's my best friend! He blushes whenever she talks to him, and he's jealous because Erica's going out with James.

To recap: Fred has a crush on MY best friend who's going out with his best friend. That's not supposed to happen! Kill Fred when he comes home for Christmas!

George Weasley stared at the letters for a few minutes. Roxanne and Fred and just sent him two very troubling letters. Usually, when they weren't coming home for Christmas, they'd send it in the same letter. The two letters had been troubling enough. Now, however, he realized that Roxie and Fred were having romance issues.

"Angelina!" George called. "Come look at these."

Angelina read over the letters. Her face grew dark with concern and worry. She finally gave George the letters back. Then, she did something completely unexpected. She laughed.

"Why are you so worried?" Angelina asked.

"Why are you not?" George answered evenly.

"It'll be a short-term crush," she answered dismissively.

"Fred's in love with his sister's best friend who's going out with his best friend!" George exclaimed.

"It'll pass."

"Roxie's in love with a Malfoy!" George cried.

"It never said love," Angelina argued. "Besides, it'll pass in a week, mark my words."

"They aren't even coming home for Christmas." George sighed. "We can't interrogate them."

"You're so slow, Weasley!" Angelina laughed. "They aren't coming home to avoid interrogation! They don't want us questioning them! Well, we'll catch them in the summer. They can't evade us forever!"
