Yeah so a note before you read:
This is my first post. I wrote this one night when I couldn't sleep, but I thought it could apply. This is Gaara killing Hinata. I do not know how Hinata really dies or if she does at all, but my friend thought it was really deep so I am posting it.
Oh yeah, Disclaimer: I do not own any characters related to Naruto. Masashi Kishimoto does.
With all that done, only one last cheery thing to say: On with the death!
He could hear her rugged breathing, gasping for the last bit of air she would ever inhale. See the salty tears building up in her eyes about to spill over. Taste the blood of her comrades and enemies alike, staining her clothes a deep shade of crimson. Smell her fear of death and yet the resignation of the inevitable, looming in front of her, growing larger and stronger every second as she slowly slipped away into that deep chasm of time.
Everything seemed to stop, but it was whizzing by faster than she could comprehend. Nothing and everything was within her grasp. She had all of the time in the world but that still wasn't enough. It wasn't enough to leave behind her family and friends. It wasn't enough to abandon her comrades and neighbors. Her old sensei even brushed her mind and the thought of the deep emptiness that her death would leave in the woman gave her some last regrets.
She was dying, sinking away into oblivion, leaving everything and nothing behind her. At this point, she wanted to just give up and let her consciousness fade away until there was nothing left. If it would save those that were precious to her then it would be a small price to pay. But what she didn't know was that it wouldn't matter.
A wicked grin crept its way across his face, adding to the look of a man who hungered for pain, plastered on his face by the countless deaths he had been responsible for. Just a few more to add to the list of families he had ripped apart and lives he had shredded.
But it was futile. Her comrades would die the same horrible death as her, multiplied by a thousand, for they knew that she thought that she was saving them. They were going to die and there was nothing she could do to save them. And in those last fleeting moments before he ended her pathetic existence, she knew it too.
On that note, review. I could really use any criticism at all. It helps me write better either way. So please review, I need to know what you all think!
