Billy and Mandy were walking along the beach holding hands like couples do when they heard a strange humming/vibrating sound.
"Billy what is that?" asked Mandy.
"I don't know but lets not find out" said Billy.
They turned to run but they fell down a hole 5 feet where they had been standing. They held onto each other as they fell into the darkened pit. When their eyes finally adjusted to the darkness they could now see what was making the strange sound. On a slab of stone stood a scythe. The scythe had a wooden blood red shaft, the metal a brilliant silver with veins of green running across it with a strange while stone at the base of the metal part.
"Billy what is that?"asked Mandy Frightened.
"I don't know but we need to find a way out" said Billy.
When Billy stood up he kicked a rock which made a lot of noise. The white stone opened revealing that it was in fact an eye. It looked down at the rock then at the young couple.
"You...dare...disturb...my...slumber...you...shell ...be...punished" said an other worldly voice.
A beam of light emerged from the eye striking Billy turning him into a pile of dust.
"Nooooo!" screamed Mandy.
"He...was...unworthy...of...being...in...my... presences ...but...you...are...very...worthy...so...much ...in...fact...that...you...will...be...given... the...honer...to...be...my...new...host" said the voice.
"N new host for what?" asked Mandy.
"The...host...of...the...grim...reaper...of...cours e" said the voice.
Several green tentacles emerged from the scythe pulling Mandy toward it.
"No please no" begged Mandy.
A tentacle grabbed her hand placing it on the shaft. Before Mandy passed out she heard the voice say.
"We are one forever"
