I walked down the halls of the S.H.I.E.L.D Hellicarrier, keeping the hood of my "borrowed" S.H.I.E.L.D Agent jacket up.

Agent Coulson brushed past me and nodded to show he saw me.

I smiled and nodded back.

Coulson was always one of my favorite people on the ship, due to how calm he was when handling a crisis.

I sped down the halls and turned left at the end of one.

I was headed for the Detention Cells.

Why?

Because I was going to break someone out.

When I made it to the cell blocks, I came up behind another agent and tapped them on the shoulder.

When they turned around, I gasped because I couldn't believe who I was seeing.

It was my old friend, Pine Evans, whom I knew in another universe.

She must have recognized me, because her grey eyes widened. "Thalia?" She asked in a whisper.

I nodded.

She smiled and asked, "What's up?"

"I need to know a cell number." I told her.

Her eyebrows raised quizzically.

"Which one?" She asked.

I leaned in, hoping nobody else was listening, and whispered to her, "Loki's"

Her eyes flashed dangerously dark grey, like a storm cloud.

"Why do you need that criminal anyway? He's being held here until he tells us what he's planning." Pine said in a harsh whisper.

I looked at her.

"I can get him to tell us his plan." I said, a small lie in my voice.

Luckily, Pine didn't notice it.

She nodded, her eyes back to their natural color.

"He's cell 1340. Good luck Thalia." She said and saluted me.

I did a quick salute back and followed the signs to cells 1300-1400.

As I walked, I heard nothing but silence.

I shivered, hoping I was closer than I thought.
