Dean and Sam have little sister and she ends up pregnant on accidented. The boy doesn't know or he wants nothing to do with her anymore. She is either 16 or 17 and is to scared to tell them. She either hides or ends up denying it. While stuck on a hunt or during a bad storm, she goes into labor. Forced to come clean but it is to late and her brothers have to deliever her baby.
