I was listening to music during class one day and somehow my brain several twists, turns, an escalator, and a light snack until it came up with the idea that somewhere early in human history, we started to absolutely LOVE music. Loved it so much that humans evolved along with music like we did with dogs. From birth to death, happiness and loneliness, and everything you can think of and more, music is involved. Music is the very root of human culture. When a human talks, it is as if they both are and are not singing the words. When they walk, it is a dance, but also not. I'm putting a lot of effort into making something that sounds poetic, I'm not doing a good job of it. You get the point, I hope, of where I'm getting at.

The reason this thought is weird is because I want this to be a Mass Effect oriented as you know. To be more specific, I want this to be a first contact story because I love Mass Effect first contact stories. Not to sure why, I'll get philosophical about it another time. How you want the story to work is up to you. Humans find Mass Effect aliens, Mass Effect aliens find humans, peaceful first contact, aggressive first contact, humans joins Citadel, humans don't join Citadel. You can have the story be a musical, a poem, a regular story, or any other literary form of writing that I don't know/can't think of. If you do make a musical or a poem, I'd personally prefer it just being the humans who are doing the singing if it can be helped. I would rather not see a Krogan and a Volus doing an Opera together...I actually do want to see that but you get my point.

Earlier when I said music is the very root of human culture, I meant it. Construction, engineering, art, sports, science, war. Everything is inspired by music, everything is involve with music. There have been conflicts between groups and the music that is mainly associated between them, but that is ancient history for the humans. Or is it? It is, unless you can make it an interesting conflict in the story. What you have involved in the story is, like I said before, up to you. The music you use is also up to you. You want to use rock? Go ahead. Rap? Whatever floats your boat. Techno? Beep, boo-boo boppin' idea. If I offended you with the previous sentence I apologized in advance and shall apologize againe (I did, indeed, place that "e" behind "again" on purpose. Makes it sound fancy.) if you were to send me a message or post a comment. Any music you want to use, use it. It could just be one form of music or you could use multiple music styles. Just make sure when you use something that you don't just forget about it. I've seen a lot of, "Okay, this thing is a thing and is super important and life changing and totally relevant!" few sentences or chapters later, "That super important thing that happened not too long ago is now null and void and has no relevance anymore to anything at all in any shape or form. Might as well not have even been mentioned in the first place." You know what I mean? Of course you do.

I'm sure I have more thoughts on a thing that could be added to this challenge, but I can't think of them right now or I don't care to add them. If you have a question on something, feel free to ask. Alright, you know what you remember of some of the stuff I typed, so go my pretties, go and be creative. HA HA HA HAAAA-ack. Throat hurts now. Also, forgot how to spell throat, had to use spell check to get that right. I probably missed other grammar errors some where. Oh well. Have a good day, morning, evening, afternoon, night, waffle.

Mmm, waffles, with nice tasty sirup.

I haven't had waffles in years. Baby come back, you can blame it all, on, N. .

Oh, one more thing, if you want this to be crossed-over with something else, go ahead. I encourage it actually. Have fun.
