Got the inspiration from my last Kung Fu exercise, where I had a mild version of this, leaving me with a Texas size bruise on the back of my shoulder... Got to love roughhousing!

"This is gonna hurt! This is gonna HURT! THIS IS GONNA HURT!" Dean thought as he was flying through the air. Regretting this whole day as the ground came closer and closer to him.

As he first connected with a tree, he couldn't hear anything other than the distant rumbles of cars on the interstate nearby. Not in any way could he HEAR himself connecting with the tree trunk, but he felt the pressure as his right shoulder slammed into it. Nor did he hear when he finally slammed into the gravel beneath.

"Dean! You all right?!" His still slightly smaller brother yelled back at him from where Dean had been tossed from.

"Well, that actually didn't hurt!" Dean thought to his own surprise when he finally stopped moving. He was sure that fling had to cause some serious pain. No demon throws anybody without deliberately causing as much pain as possible.

"Yeah! I'm good!" Dean shouted back, reassuring his fifteen year old brother.

"Time to get the hell back up and fight on!" he then decided.

"Wait a minute! I spoke waaaaay too soon! OWWWW! GOD DAMN IT!" Dean inhaled sharply as the pain hit him. It was like a million little daggers tearing, slicing and carving into his shoulder. Creating pain strong enough to make a kaleidoscope of stars and colors appear in front of his eyes.

"Gaaah… FUCK!" he exclaimed loudly. Loud enough for Sam to hear.

"What's wrong" Dean could hear his little brother shout at him.

"Think I *another sharp inhale* wrecked my shoulder!" Dean stated back, wincing as every move he made sent new bolts of lightning through his nerve system.

"Scale 1-10?" Sam asked while firing at the bastard demon.

"Just 5" Dean replied, laying on the ground controlling his breathing

"So… somewhere around 8,5-9 then?" Sam said, It wasn't as much of a question as a statement, hell, he knew his brother well enough by now…
