Nobody knew he was coming undone
Waiting for his time to run
Glances around such a place
Where not a soul would recognize his face
And as he pulls out a gun
He remembers this will be the last time that he sees the sun

A prayer to a God he doesn't believe in
Hiding his tears; knowing he's lived in sin
As gloved fingers pull the trigger, cold as could be
The boy's vision blurs; he can no longer see

Burning rubber, racing towards his end
He tries desperately to make an amend
The life he's lived and held regret
The parents whom he'd never met
Squeezing his eyes shut behind orange plastic
Laughing, as what he does is drastic

Boots clomp as he gets out of his car
This is suicide; his end isn't far
Lifting gloved hands up to the sky
He mocks the surrounding and wonders, why?
As bullets rip through striped skin
It's obvious there was no way the duo would win

Up against an unbeatable force
They may have lost but there's nothing to remorse
And now, two more unmarked graves standing
Two ghosts turn and make their landing
