Derek and Spencer have been together for seven years and married for have a three year old daughter together. Reid is a stay at home dad and he works at a grocery store. Derek is still working with the BAU. One day Derek decides to surprises at hie house. Reid comes home a little later. He sees Derek car in the drive way. Walking in the house he sees Derek on the couch watching TV.

"Derek"

Derek looks up and walks over to Reid and was about to kiss him but he pulls back. "What"

"What are you doing here?"

"I live here too" Reid walks pass Derek and outs Jamie in her high chair. "What is it Reid?"

"You should have called me"

"I wanted to surprise you"

Then Reid's friend Jessie walks in carrying groceries. "Hey Reid who's car is outside" Jessie sees Derek "Oh hi"

Reid walks between the two "You remember Jessie right"

"Um yeah did I interrupt something Reid?"

"No we were just hanging out. We got off early and I wanted some company so I invited him over."

"You asked him"

"Yeah you have been gone for almost two weeks and I got lonely. Whats the big deal"

Jessie puts the bags on the counter. "Um Reid I should go. I'll see you tomorrow."

Reid looks over at Jessie "Ok, sorry"

Jessie leaves and Reid starts putting up the food.

"Reid Reid!"

"What no I'm not sleeping with him"

"I didn't say you were"

"You didn't have to say it , it's written all over your face."

"Spencer"

"Just leave me alone ok"

"No"

"Damn it Derek!"Reid knocks over a glass plate and Jamie starts crying. "Shit!" Reid goes over and picks up Jamie and starts rocking her. "Shhhh it's ok daddy's sorry. It's ok. Reid sits on the couch and continues to rock her..

Derek cleans up the glass then joins Reid on the couch. They sit for awkard in silence. Derek finally looks over at Reid. "I'm sorry for putting you through all this."

"I know"

"I don't mean to hurt you"

"I know that Derek. I'm sorry for overreacting"

"I really missed you Spence"

"I missed you too Derek"

Derek looks down at Jamie and smiles "She got so big. Can I hold her?"

"She's your daughter too. Come on she's should get some sleep" Derek takes Jamie upstairs and pits her in her crib. Reid is putting up the food. He goes up and wraps his arms around his waist and starts kissing his neck. Reid smiles "What are you doing?"

"Kissing my husband, Why do you have a prob;em with that?"

"No"

Reid turns around they kiss passionally. Derek then lifts Reid and puts him on the counter. All of a sudden Reid starts to cry. Derek realizes and pulls back.

"What is it Reid?"

"You just got here and you're leaving tomorrow."

"I don't want to go either but I have to." Reid looks down and Derek lifts his head up and kisses him. "But I'm here now"

"Yeah for twelve more hours!"

Derek steps back "Damn it Reid! Why can't you just be happy that I am."

"Because you're not going to be here tomorrow. I haven't seen you in weeks. How do you expect to me feel." Reid gets off the couch "I'm going to sleep in the guest room" Reid walks off.

"Reid!"

"See you tomorrow if you're still here"

"Reid!"

Reid keeps walking. Later Derek goes to sleep.
