If you look at me

Just a short poem I wrote on the bus while I was bored!

The peaceful, resting dove bit was indicating towards doves representing peace. This only took me about ten minutes or so on the bus so bear with me because it's rubbish. If you think it shouldn't be on this site, please tell me straight out!

If you look at me,

I don't know what you'll see,

Will you see a little girl?

And will that little girl be me?

Will I have blue eyes or brown?

Will I smile or will I frown?

Will I be different in your eyes,

In me will you see only lies?

Or will you see the truth?

The innocence, the love

Or will I have no goodness,

No peaceful, resting dove

If you look at me,

I don't know what you'll see,

Will you see a little girl?

And will that little girl be me?
