I am contacting you to inform you that two of your officers, Colonel Jonathon 'Jack' O'Neill and Major Samantha Carter, have gone missing. They were last seen leaving Cheyenne Mountain Complex last Friday at 1800 hours. Reports have been made of them being seen outside a gas station near a small lake in Minnesota. We are aware that Colonel O'Neill owns a cabin in the vicinity. Due to the level of classified data the both of them know the Air Force is making every effort to find them. There have been rumors that the both of them were going to O'Neill's lake but we will need express permission from you to investigate this lead. Please inform the NID if any new information is available.
